30 litres a minute. Endless hot water for large Australian homes.

The G30 is built for homes with three or more bathrooms, large family households, and guests who stay often. It is also a genuine light-commercial unit, suitable to factories, small offices, clubs and rental properties where hot water demand is shared across many people.
With three or more bathrooms, 30 L/min keeps every shower, the kitchen tap and the laundry running at the same time. No more cold showers, no more apologising for the queue.
A 6-star rating means less gas for the same litres of hot water. The 235 MJ/hr burner is microcomputer-modulated, so it holds a steady 50°C or 60°C without overshooting and wasting fuel.
The heavy-duty oxygen-free copper heat exchanger is highly conductive and corrosion resistant — and it is warranted for 10 years, not 2.
Integrated anti-freeze heating modules protect internal pipework when temperatures drop. The IPX4 weatherproof casing is designed for permanent outdoor wall mounting.
Standard 3/4-inch threaded gas, cold and hot connections and a 22.0 kg wall-mount format mean most replacements are a same-day install, not a kitchen renovation.
No tank, no wait, no pilot light burning all day. The burner fires the instant flow is detected and shuts off the moment you stop.
Every feature below is a genuine engineering decision — and every one of them exists to make hot water more reliable, more efficient or easier to live with.
No tank, no standby heat loss, no waiting. Here is exactly what happens the moment you turn on the hot tap.
A precision flow sensor in the unit detects incoming water — even at a trickle of 2.0 L/min.
The microcomputer-controlled gas proportional valve meters gas precisely, delivering a steady flame matched to the flow rate.
Hot gas transfers energy through the oxygen-free copper heat exchanger into the incoming cold water.
Microcomputer monitoring holds the outlet temperature steady. Close the tap and the burner shuts off instantly — there is no stored hot water sitting there losing energy.

Good preparation makes for a clean, fast install. Here is what the G30 needs from your property.
IPX4 weatherproof casing is designed for permanent external installation on an outside wall, ideally with a roof or overhang above the unit.
Gas, cold water and hot water connections are all 3/4-inch (20mm) threaded — the standard Australian size, so existing pipework usually connects straight up.
Suitable for normal Australian mains water pressure. A pressure limiting valve is recommended where local pressure exceeds 1000 kPa.
The unit needs a standard 240V – 50Hz outlet for the electronic controls and fan. Your installer will confirm the closest suitable outlet.
Everything Australian buyers and installers ask us most often about the G30.
The G30 is rated at 30 litres per minute with a 25°C temperature rise. That is the Australian standard test condition, which assumes incoming water at 25°C. In a cold-climate winter your incoming water is colder, so the same gas input delivers a lower flow at the same outlet temperature. Your installer will size the unit against your household pattern and local inlet water temperature.
Yes — that is exactly what it is designed for. As a rule of thumb a single shower and a kitchen tap together draw roughly 20 L/min, so 30 L/min comfortably supports two showers running at once, or three showers used back to back, with headroom for the laundry.
Yes. The G30 is factory set for either LPG or natural gas, and your licensed gas fitter will confirm the correct gas type for your property before commissioning. If you change gas supply type later, the unit requires conversion by an approved installer.
For a straightforward replacement of an existing unit with 3/4-inch connections already in place, most licensed gas fitters complete the swap in a few hours. New installations including a gas supply upgrade or a new hot water line will take longer.
The 10-year limited warranty covers the heat exchanger — the single most expensive component in the unit and the part that fails most often in storage systems. It is a component warranty, so labour and call-out fees are separate, which is why keeping your installation and service details is worthwhile.
Yes. Integrated anti-freeze heating modules protect the internal pipework from frost damage. As with any outdoor water heater, correct installation and commissioning by a licensed gas fitter is essential for the protection to work as designed.
The G30 can be installed in a solar pre-heat configuration, where a solar collector feeds pre-heated water into the unit. Your installer will confirm pipework routing and the required tempering valve arrangement for your specific system.
A storage tank keeps a large volume of hot water standing ready — which means energy is lost every single day keeping it hot, and you can still run out. A continuous flow unit heats water only when you use it, so there is no standby loss, no cold run-out, and a smaller physical footprint because there is no tank to install.
