✅ Warranty Conditions
- Product must be installed, operated, and maintained according to GINKGO’s instructions.
- Installation must be carried out by authorised personnel per local regulations and standards (AS/NZS 3000, 3500, 5601).
- Proof of purchase and installation date is required (e.g., invoice or certificate of compliance).
- All warranty work must be approved by GINKGO before commencement.
❌ Warranty Exclusions
- Warranty is void and service fees may apply in the following cases:
- Accidental damage or acts of nature.
- Misuse, abuse, poor maintenance, or unauthorized installation/alteration.
- Repairs by non-GINKGO personnel.
- Issues caused by utility failures (water, gas, electricity) or poor water quality.
- Failures due to excessive/negative water pressure or air in system.
- Use of incorrect energy source or water with excessive sediment.
- Using GINKGO components with third-party systems without prior written approval.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item.
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
- Item had defects.
- Over delivery time.
- The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
