Does the price include installation?

No. Ginkgo supplies equipment only, and the recommended retail price includes GST. Installation, replacement and any site works must be carried out by a licensed tradesperson in line with the manufacturer's instructions and Australian Standards — see our Terms of Use.

How do I pay, and what payment methods do you accept?

Choose your method with your order: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay or Zip, PayPal, or bank transfer against an invoice. We confirm your order and email your tax invoice with payment details.

Am I eligible for the STC rebate on a heat pump?

The all-in-one heat pump is eligible for STC rebates of up to $720 depending on your climate zone. Your actual eligibility and the final amount are assessed under the Clean Energy Regulator's rules for your circumstances, so treat this as an estimate rather than a guaranteed amount.

When will my order arrive?

We confirm stock and dispatch timing for your postcode with your invoice, and send tracking details once the unit leaves our warehouse in Adelaide.

Where can I find installation manuals?

Every product page has a Download Manual button with the manufacturer's installation instructions — please give them to your installer before work starts.
