Mandatory plumbing & water products certification
WaterMark is the mandatory Australian certification for plumbing and water products. It confirms our gas and storage water heaters meet the safety and public-health requirements of the Plumbing Code of Australia — so a licensed plumber can install them legally, anywhere in the country.

Gas appliance safety certification
GasMark certifies that our gas water heaters comply with Australian gas-safety requirements. It is the credential a licensed gas fitter looks for before installation — proof the appliance is safe to operate on Natural Gas or LPG.

Solar & heat pump water heater certification

Yes. Our gas and storage water heaters are WaterMark certified (WM-060109) and GasMark certified (GMK11048); our solar and heat pump units hold StandardsMark (SMK41550). These are the certifications required for legal supply and installation under Australian law.
+Can any plumber install a Ginkgo system?
A licensed plumber can install our WaterMark-certified products, and a licensed gas fitter is required for gas units. Because the products are fully certified, installation and sign-off proceed without compliance issues.
